and timely service. Furthermore, we will listen to
our clients needs and wishes. Our goal is to do anything
possible to help you obtain your remodeling dreams.
Our History
Advance Window & Siding was founded in 1988 by
co-owners and brothers Doug and Gary Derrick on the
premise that they could provide better service before,
during and after the sale. Advance started as strictly
a window and door retail installation company and
quickly grew into other products on the urge of enthusiastic
and well pleased customers. Additional products and
services were added in the order listed below.
Meet the Founders
Gary
Derrick, co-owner
 Gary’s background is in the design, engineering,
quality control, installation and testing of windows.
He developed this experience during his career
with several window manufacturers.
Gary also spent several years as quality control
manager of a vinyl window extrusion plant developing
tolerances and standards for the various extrusions
produced. His knowledge of windows and extrusions
and installation techniques has been instrumental
in the growth of Advance Window & Siding.
Today Gary works with the installation teams to
constantly uphold and improve the installation
techniques which are used at Advance Window & Siding.
Doug
Derrick, co-owner
 Doug currently handles the administrative
functions for Advance Window & Siding. He oversees
customer financing with our various lenders and
works closely with our sales staff in regards to
sales training, product training and accuracy of
contracts.
Doug’s attention to detail coupled
with his keen business sense has been invaluable
to the growth of Advance Window & Siding. Doug
is an avid gardener and has a passion for the sport
of Disc Golf.
